1. When you start a signing session, the signers receive an email notification with the documents they have to sign. They can also sign documents from the Project’s “My Signatures” section.
2. Prior to their first signature, the signatory must upload verify their ID. They are automatically guided to this step before their first signature.
3. To validate the signature, the signatory receives a code by SMS to the number they provided when registering.
4. Recipients are notified when the document is fully signed. They have access to the original document and an authentication certificate on the “My Signatures” page.
This triple authentication (password, SMS code and ID verification) gives the electronic signatures made on Closd the Advanced status according to the European eIDAS regulation.
