Closd works in French, English and German.
Each User can change the language of their interface by going to their Profile (by clicking on their name at the top right of the screen).
When you invite a new User to a Project, you can choose the language their interface will appear in (when filling out their name and email, a menu on the right allows you to select the language). The User will then have their interface and notifications displayed in the chosen language.
