To sign a document with advanced electronic signature, it is mandatory to provide a valid mobile phone number to receive a sms code.

  1. Go to your Profile by clicking on your name at the top right of the interface
  2. On the Personal Information Page, modify your mobile phone number in the dedicated field. If you also need to change the area code, click on the flag and select the right area code
  3. Click on Update

A Project Manager is not allowed to modify the mobile phone number of another participant.

Each User can change the language of their interface by going to their Profile (by clicking on their name at the top right of the screen).

When you invite a new User to a Project, you can choose the language their interface will appear in (when filling out their name and email, a menu on the right allows you to select the language). The User will then have their interface and notifications displayed in the chosen language.

You can choose what types of notifications you want to receive and how often.

Step 1: Move your mouse over you name at the top right of the interface

Step 2: Click on Profile

Step 3: Click on Settings and Notifications

  • You can customize your Notifications settings, by default (for all your Projects at once) or Project by Project.
  • You can also turn off all notifications from Closd at the bottom of the Settings and Notifications page.
