If you have signed documents electronically: Personal data related to your authentication for the Simple electronic signature (email address, first name, last name) or Advanced electronic signature (same information, as well as date of birth, gender, copy of identity document and telephone number) are kept by Closd for the period during which the validity and probative value of the documents may be called into question by a party or a third party.
This data is kept for a period of 10 years, so as to ensure, if necessary, the exercise of users’ legal rights.
If you have not signed a document: The personal data relating to your account (email address, last name, first name) will be deleted when your account is deleted (to do so, send an email to privacy@closd.com) or in the event of prolonged inactivity of your account.
