How to manage confidentiality settings for Participants?

Project Managers can view all Participants and define the degree of confidentiality of the Project using the Hide Groups and Hide Participants options.

  1. By selecting Hide groups, each Guest sees only their own Group and the Project Managers. The other Groups become invisible.
  2. By selecting Hide Participants within a Group, that Group’s members cannot see each other and are also made invisible to other Guests (their Group name remains visible, however).

Project Managers can also make one or more Project Managers invisible to Guests.
